New AC Installed

Per a vote of the membership approving funds, the Caretakers house and the clubhouse hall had new AC units installed on Monday June 26th. The chosen contractor was Urban Heating & AC LLC of Carver MA. The final cost after rebates are processed is expected to be approximately $5,400.

We have received specific instructions from the installer on operation in our application. To avoid damage to the equipment please do not touch the controls if you have not received training from Dale, Mary, or Keith.
