The OCSA Scholarship Committee Criteria for Consideration:

• Academic achievement, extracurricular activities, financial need and nature of the request will be considered in the assessment of the scholarship awards.

• Applicant shall be a 2026 graduating senior.

• Three (3) scholarships in the amount of $500 will be awarded. Two to children or grandchildren of members and one to a student at Pembroke High School.

• Applicants who are related to members of OCSA are to fill out the below application form.

• Anyone else can pick up an application in the Pembroke guidance department.

• Application Deadline is Monday April 6, 2026 (Received or postmarked)

• Determination of recipients will be made by May 5, 2026.
