This page is meant for instructors registering with OCSA, updating their registration, or looking for supporting documentation. All instructors must be members of OCSA in good standing.
You must read and sign the BFS Instructor Policy. Print and bring a signed copy to your meeting with the Board of Directors.
New instructors must complete the below New Instructor Registration below. You will then meet with the Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting to complete the process.
If you are updating your information, complete the “Registration Update Form” below. There is no requirement to meet with the Board of Directors.

Once you submit your registration request, you should attend the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. You cannot instruct until approved by the Board of Directors.
Use this form to update an existing registration. You only need to update what has changed unless information is marked “REQUIRED”.
